Daily Housekeeping Service

Apartments are cleaned daily (Monday to Friday), with the exception of public holidays, this also includes fresh towels. Bed linen is changed weekly. Laundry services are available upon request.

Direct dial telephone line. Basic Swisscom charges for telephone, TV and radio are included in the monthly CHF 90.- fee.
Telephone calls are charged as shown by the meter in the phone base set (no surcharge).

Cable TV

Full HD flat-screen digital TVs with over 150 channels and Blu-Ray Player. Swiss, German, English, French, Italian, Spanish,

    • self-service coin-operated washing machine & tumble dryer located on the lower-ground floor.

Rental Period

Minimum rental is 1 week, with no predetermined maximum duration. 
 

Cancellations

Cancellation prior to arrival:

Reservations may be cancelled free of charge 15 days prior to first day of the rental period.

Reservations made more than 3 months before check-in must be cancelled minimum 1 month prior to check-in, otherwise a fee is applicable.

Late cancellations or no shows will be charged in full (2 weeks minimum).

 

Deposits (reservation fee) are non-refundable, but may be (by agreement) used for a different booking for up to one year.

 

Cancellation during stay:

Early departures notified 15 days in advance will receive a refund of the days remaining.

Visitors departing at shorter notice are not entitled to a refund.

For long-term guests (3 months or more) the notice period is 1 month.
After 6 months, notice period is 2 month.

 

Prices

All prices are in Swiss Francs (CHF). Apartment rentals are subject to 3.7 % VAT for short stay guests (less than 3 month).
Housekeeping service as described above is included.
 

Pets

Pets are not permitted.
 

Visitors

Additional bed and set of towels: CHF 25.-/day
